While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
By requesting remote support services, you grant Moot Tech permission to access your computer systems remotely. You are responsible for backing up your data before any remote session.
Current service rates are as follows:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfers, card payments, and cash for on-site services.
Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month on outstanding balances.
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may be adjusted for work exceeding the original scope.
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service completion. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will address it at no additional charge.
Hardware parts installed by Moot Tech carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will facilitate warranty claims on your behalf.
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will meet all your requirements or that they will be error-free.
While we take every precaution to protect your data, Moot Tech is not liable for any data loss that may occur during service provision. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for any third-party services, software, or hardware recommended or installed during service provision.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data and information accessed during service provision.

Clients may cancel scheduled appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% service fee.
Recurring support packages may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion, with full refund of any prepaid amounts.
All content on the Moot Tech website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Moot Tech and protected by copyright laws.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
